Once launched, the Guidebook will serve as a free, publicly accessible digital catalog compiling local innovation resources to address the critical lack of centralized support for tech-focused entrepreneurs.
This initiative stems from a recent collaboration in Houston, Texas, through the U.S. Department of State's Professional Fellows Program, working closely with the innovation hub Invincible Spaces.

Replicating a successful strategy observed in Houston to enhance resource transparency across southern Mexican cities.
By bringing these operational frameworks back, we aim to bridge the gap in structured support for early-stage tech innovators and ecosystem developers.
Currently, only 15% of local startups survive beyond their first year.
This tragic drop-off is largely due to isolation and extremely limited structured support. We are tackling this problem head-on to prevent talent and innovation from drying up.
